Heart & Stroke’s first ever virtual Jump Rope for Heart

The Heart and Stroke Foundation has a goal to have 100,000 children and their families being active across Canada on June 19th. Fundraising is completely optional and is not required to participate. It is a chance for us to be active, have fun, and do something together even though we are apart. More information will come as the day gets closer.
